Dedications and Thanks

This page is sure to be difficult as I have SO MANY wonderful and caring souls who I need to recognize and honor... and not nearly enough space to share how special and amazing each one of them truly are...

First and foremost... I want to dedicate this site to every one who has ever suffered in silence, to everyone who has reached out for help and been denied, to everyone who WANTS to believe that TRUTH and JUSTICE can still be found... and to everyone who is willing to stand up and fight for that belief!!!!

Please know that you are NOT ALONE, that you are VALUABLE... that you deserve to be HEARD and that we can stand together to effect positive change...

On a more personal note, I would like to acknowledge some of the people who have truly been my LIGHT IN THE DARK...

Dear (((Lou)))... you have been there for me in ways that I can never truly thankyou enough for. You were the first person that taught me of my inherent worth and abilities. You've been by my side and your prescence has made all the difference for me a thousand times over... I know that your book, as well as all the other amazing work you have done for survivors the world over will bring about so much understanding and healing. Thank you for being the ever wonderful and amazing YOU!!!

Dearest (((K))), it is so important to me that your name is here with mine- that we stand together... all that we have learned and shared, all these years that we have stood beside each other as our families grew and changed... they mean the world to me. You are so precious to me, your courage and your bravery in the face of the harshest of injustices has been so inspirational to me. I am so honored to know you, I am so honored to share this path with you... I am always with you, even across the globe...

(((Heidi)))~ a special dedication to you... watching your struggle and the parralel process and pain inflicted on you by the DA's office has renewed my will to continue this fight. I hold your name close to my heart. I carry it with me in this battle...

(((C)))~ who deserved to recieve advocacy and protection when she was strong enough to report what she had been through, the way they treated you was unethical and unfair (((sweetheart)))...

(((Debbie Smith)))~ for having the courage to stand up and speak out... for having the perserverance to see necessary legislative changes come to pass... for using her experience and her voice to make a difference in the life of SO MANY women... for being such an amazing source of inspiration and for listening to me, for hearing my story and for giving me advice. Your efforts are truly phenomenal!

I also want to thank my amazing little sisters, (((Shainna, Brittany and Skye))) who mean EVERYTHING to me... my dear parents, (((John and Laura)))...
